cosine solutions deliver our products and services under an industry standard Master Services Agreement.  Products are licensed on a subscription basis and services provided at hourly rates in a currency appropriate for your jurisdiction.  Upon your first engagement with cosine solutions our MSA will be provided for your review.

 

Cosine's refund policies reflect the nature of our products and implementation methodology, provide assurances to clients that our projects will deliver to our promises, and are contained within our MSA.
